Warning: reading this story will make you hungry! A popular website just named the best restaurant ever featured on Guy Fieri’s hit Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, breaking things down by state.
What Restaurant Was Named The Best In Minnesota?
Delish.com put together this list and for Minnesota’s best restaurant featured on DDD, they went with a cuban cafe called Victor’s 1959 Cafe. I hadn’t heard of the spot until this list and I cannot wait to try it out now.
I was surprised about this because Guy Fieri has returned to a few DDD spots in Northern Minnesota more than once. For example, he’s filmed twice at Duluth Grill and at Gordy’s Hi-Hat.

So What About Wisconsin?
Delish says the best restaurant in Wisconsin ever featured on the hit show is Frank’s Diner. The restaurant is located in Kenosha and by the looks of the menu, it seems this one was right on the money.
Frank’s Diner serves all the breakfast classics like pancakes, omelets and french toast. However, they are famous for their ‘garbage plates’ which is eggs, meat, hash browns, peppers and just about everything else you could want.
When Did This Episode Air?
Frank’s Diner was the star of episode four and season one. In the episode, they featured the Chorizo Garbage Plate. The whole episode was centered around the best breakfasts in the nation.
Frank’s Diner has been around for nearly a century and would definitely be worth the road trip. I am drooling just thinking about it.
