Asia Patin, Southern Lab: The Kittens senior totaled 12 points, six rebounds and five assists to help deliver Southern Lab its third straight state title after a win over JS Clark Leadership Academy in the Division IV select state title.
Kennedy Aldridge, University High: The Cubs junior scored 27 points, nabbed nine rebounds and had four steals in the team’s win over Madison Prep in the Division II select state title over Madison Prep.
Stella Allison, French Settlement: The Lions senior stuffed the stat sheet with 22 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals to help French Settlement win its first state title since 1964. She helped French Settlement defeat Westlake in the Division III nonselect championship game.
Auri Ray, Madison Prep: The Chargers senior scored 13 points in the team’s state title game against University High. Ray also scored 21 points against Buckeye in the semifinal to send Madison Prep to the state title game.
Ella Gisclair, St. Joseph’s Academy: The Redstickers sophomore scored 12 points in the team’s semifinal win over Teurlings Catholic in the Division I select playoffs. Her performance helped St. Joseph’s reach its first-ever state title game.
Rhian Comery, Prairieville: The Hurricanes senior scored 26 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in the school’s first-ever appearance in the Division I nonselect semifinal against Slidell.
