This Minnesota house hit the market back in 2020 and quickly became famous after being featured on HGTV and coined the “Ugliest House in The Midwest.” I mean, looking at it from the outside, you start to wonder why it would be considered “ugly.” Just you wait.

Note, the massive Poseidon fountain. If you haven’t seen this house yet, that’s just one of the many, we’ll call them interesting, additions to the home a previous owner made. Hey, I’m not dogging on them, to each their own, but I can guarantee you have not laid eyes on a home quite like this before.
In January of 2022, the home, which is located in St. Cloud, was featured on ‘Ugliest House in America’ where homeowners were up for a $150,000 home renovation by celebrity designer and house flipper, Alison Victoria.
Unfortunately, the owner of the Poseidon house did not take home the cash, BUT opted to move forward with renovations on their own. They gave most of the house a complete makeover, with a complete demo of some of the spaces, a splash of paint in other areas, while some rooms remained seemingly untouched like the infamous underwater room.
