Celtics fans hoping to savor the team’s 2024 title run should probably circle Oct. 9 on their calendars.
It’s on that date that a new Netflix documentary series, titled “Starting 5,” starts streaming. The series chronicles the day-to-day experiences — both on and off the court — of five NBA stars: Jimmy Butler, Anthony Edwards, LeBron James, Domantas Sabonis, and Celtics forward Jayson Tatum. It will consist of 10 episodes, each 45 minutes long.
Tatum, 26, who was a central figure in the Celtics’ dominant performance to win the NBA championship, also plays a main role in a recent promotional video for the Netflix series.
