WALNUT CREEK, CA — Patch reader James Finn took this photo the morning of Dec. 21 on Shady Glen Road in Walnut Creek.
“It had been raining for two days, the rain had stopped and water vapor was rising off of every surface,” James wrote in an email to Patch. The picture was taken using his iPhone SE third generation.=
